Leaving Aix-en-Provence and Traveling back to NYC – Last Aix Post
OK, this is the last of my France Videos – sad to say – and covers my trip home (sigh); it was the end of a very special trip for me – and the videos and my strong feels remind me of the emotions France stirred in me.Â
This was the study I worked on just before I left Aix-en-Provence and I cried as I had to stop – I knew I had done as much as I needed to but had I had a choice – I would have stayed a bit longer with my group and painted some more. For while I achieved what I came to France for – I had not done everything I really wanted to do there.
But it was not just France – not just Paris or Aix, it was the wonderful people I was sharing this trip with – and thanks to Marsha Wooley for making it all possible -as I’d never have done it had I net met her last year when I reviewed her art opening in NYC.

[...] The painting is about 3 or 4 feet long by 2 or 3 feet high (don’t know the exact measurements) and was based on the study in this post Leaving Aix-en-Provence and Traveling back to NYC – Last Aix Post. [...]
