I painted today but also spent a lot of time talking to people at my studio - its almost like just being, talking, relating and painting are part of the same activity which I choose to call Art.

 

Not really sure at all about what I did here — was thinking about new things to do with color — not really wanting to be descriptive.  

I’m also wondering if I need to show my work at all — showing it here might be enough for me and the effort of stretching or framing it is more than I’m willing to put forth right now. When I started I had a clear view but later someone else set up in my line of sight and I just incorporated him into the picture.

Feels more important to be present in the art, doing it, but showing it — less important for this time in my life.
