At the Rubin Museum of Art and the Metropolitan
I did get to see the Mandala show I alluded to in my last post Mandalas at the Rubin Museum of Art in Chelsea and found the show difficult to focus on – I did make a comment in the past that Mandalas would be a good way to represent Social Networks, but I haven’t seen anyone do it, yet.
I was also at the Metropolitan Museum on Saturday, but missed seeing Hybrid Art, a Mash-Up of Reality and Fantasy which I’ll go back and see later this week, hopefully.
There are several new shows coming up at the MET, including Vermeer’s Masterpiece The Milkmaid and Watteau, Music, and Theater both which are opening this month – and I’ll see and review here.
My own work – I haven’t been focusing on so much – I have to admit – it’s going into analytics and metrics, and speaking engagements for the time being – which I’m OK with, for now.
