I spent some time today talking with Steven Ochs of ArtFaceOff.com.   One thing that would help ArtFaceOff.com is to have more possibilities of the members facing off with each other; I think I convinced him to take a closer look at this idea.

Right now an artist can upload up to 24 images and the top 17 will be ranked - it’s based on an elaborate formula.  Currently there are 6 curators that have a higher rating but than artists - and there’s a reason for it that’s posted on the ArtFaceOff.com site.

The coding of the site will be upgraded in the next several weeks to show more features you can do on the site -

Current Traffic of ArtFaceOff.com - ~1500 and 5000 visits a day (about 3 visits per minute) - about 50,000 visits since site launched at the end of September.

There’s a lot more - I jotted down some ideas and also shared some of mine.

I hope to speak with ArtFaceOff today about Web Metrics tracking - but one thing I did want to bring up - since joining and uploading my work I now have a Portfolio page at ArtFaceOff.
